1. What is the purpose of the prayer room sign up web site?
The web page allows us to “Watch and Pray” and for people to determine if there is an open Prayer Room time period without going to the church to look at the sign up board. 

2. Why can't I sign up for any time period?
The Prayer Room sign up board located at All Saints’ Church is the primary means of signing up for a time period.  This will take place on Sunday mornings from 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. in the Sanctuary and outside the Prayer Room before/after prayer in the Prayer Room during the week   The web site will be updated with the taken time periods after 1:00 P.M. each Sunday for the following week  You can then signup for remaining open time periods.  Of course, you can not signup for a time period after today's date.

3. How do I indicate I would like to signup for a specific time and day every week?
When you sign up for a specific time, there is a Note text field.  You can use the Note to leave any message to the Prayer Room Watchman, including that you would like to make recurring prayer request time.

4. How do I look at what Prayer Room time periods I have signed up for?
If you have clicked on the "Remember Me" checkbox when signing up for a prayer room time period, then will be a "Signup Review" link right below the FAQs? link.  Clicking on the link will display all the future time periods that you have signed up for and the most recent past period that you have signed up for.  As an additional reminder, you may receive a confirmation email if you check the checkbox "to receive a confirmation email" on the sign up page.  Then, if you have an appointment calendar program, such as Outlook, you can added it to your appointment schedule.

5. How do I take my name off the list after I sign-up?
The web site only shows open time periods and provides the means to fill them.  Contact the All Saints’ Church office or Daily Watchmen to remove you from the sign up board.  (703-670-0093 · Fax: 703-878-7015  · Email: PrayerRoom@allsaintsdalecity.org)

6. How are scheduling conflicts resolved?
To allow individuals to sign up at All Saints Church during Sunday services, this web Prayer Room sign up is shut down from 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. each Sunday.  Prayer Room Watchmen will synchronize the sign up board with the web site.  If there is a scheduling conflict, the prayer room sign up board is the official document and the Prayer Room Watchman will make a decision and
contact you using the information you provide.  The sign up board will remain the primary means for signing up because it is accessible to everyone in the congregation!

7.How do I know when was last time the web site was synchronized with Church's hard copy?
You can see a "Last Update" date/time on the lower right corner of the calendar.  This is the last time the web site was synchronized with Church's sign up board.
