All Saints' Church is
called to be a
"house of prayer for all nations."
(Isaiah 56:7) |
| |
As a
church, we are deeply committed to prayer. This
is expressed in our "Ministries
in Prayers" and by providing a dedicated room to
pray. Our goal as a church is to have All
Saints' Church members praying in the prayer room 24
hours a day, 7 days a week.
The
All Saints' prayer room is divided into 10 prayer
stations. Each station has different topics on
such subjects as "Prayers for the Church," "Prayers
for our Nation," etc At each station there is
a notebook of clearly stated prayer requests and
simple information to guide prayers. An online
resource for prayer information can be seen by
viewing the
Prayer Room Resource Links.
To fill the prayer room 24/7, there are two ways for
members of All Saint's Church to sign up a prayer
time period.
- The
primary means is the "Prayer Room Sign Up Board"
located at All Saints’ Church.
It is normally located outside the prayer room.
On Sunday mornings from 6:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. the
sign up board is placed in the rear of the
Sanctuary to make it readily accessible to
everyone in All Saints'
congregation.
- The secondary mean is the "Prayer
Room Web Site Sign Up"
where
All Saints' Church members can
sign up for remaining open time periods.
This allows members who could not attend
Sunday services or who have an unexpected opening
in their time to participate in the prayer room.
To prevent a scheduling conflict, the web site sign up
is disabled Sunday morning and enabled some time
after 1:00 P.M. when it is updated with coming
week's open times.
Additional details can be view in the
Prayer Room's Web Site Frequently Ask Questions.
